Leaside Lock – Final Property Campaign

Alongside the countryside campaign, I was also tasked with creating a focused marketing push for the final property remaining at Leaside Lock. Working within the existing brand guidelines, I developed a series of social media assets designed to drive urgency and fast-track sales.

To maximise reach and engagement, I created two distinct creative routes: one for prospecting and another for retargeting. Each version featured tailored messaging and a strategic shift in colour palette to align with the audience’s stage in the buyer journey - helping the campaign remain fresh while reinforcing brand consistency.
